1.Last Active Time- </h3>
Mobile site gives the exact time of when a person is been active on Facebook. When you want to know whether  someone is online or not, go to-  <b>mbasic.facebook.com or m.facebook.com </b>; go to Messages and look at the <b>last active time of the person</b>. If you doubt in the given time, then refresh the page after a minute, you can notice that the last active time should be updated to most recent(like active 1 sec ago or active few seconds ago).<br />

If facebook shows a mobile icon near their name, you can also find the last active time on the desktop . If it doesn't show you have to use mobile site.<br />
